The gif would had to be crunched pretty hard down in res to fit under 10mb. After that the quality would be pretty crap and you couldn't be able to see the effect very well. I've edited the description to link to the mirror uploads on pixiv and youtube with the pixiv version being the gif example.

Also I prefer the animated version of this because it better expresses the illusion of the image when seen from the side. I included the static version in the description because I felt like it wouldn't be the biggest issue for some as if someone didn't want to see the animated version. The static it takes up the same screen space as a regular image upload if they are so inclined to only view that version.
